Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the STRRINGS revenue intelligence platform, website, and related services (the “Service”) operated by STRRINGS Technologies Inc. (“STRRINGS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, requesting a demo, booking a meeting, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and references to “you” apply to both you and that organization.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. STRRINGS and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all intellectual property.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Upload, store, or transmit content that is infringing, defamatory, malicious, or otherwise harmful.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or engage in abusive outreach practices.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Service (“Your Content”), including leads, contacts, and pipeline records. You grant STRRINGS a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store Your Content solely as needed to operate and improve the Service for you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit Your Content and that it complies with applicable privacy laws, including any consent required to process the personal data of your leads and contacts.

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are described at the time of purchase or in a separate agreement. You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.

We may change our fees upon reasonable notice. Continued use after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

We may offer free trials, demos, or promotional access. These are provided for evaluation purposes and may be limited in features, duration, or data capacity. We may modify or end a trial at any time without liability.

The Service may integrate with third-party tools and services (such as messaging, calendar, CRM, and payment providers). Your use of those integrations is subject to the terms and privacy policies of their providers. STRRINGS is not responsible for the practices of third-party services, and you access them at your own risk.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any lead, follow-up, or recovery outcome will result in revenue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will STRRINGS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service — whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STRRINGS and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, pose a risk to the Service, or as otherwise described in your agreement with us. Upon termination, your license ends and you should stop using the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will remain in effect.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which STRRINGS Technologies Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to its exclusive jurisdiction.

• Entire agreement — These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable order terms, form the entire agreement between you and STRRINGS regarding the Service.
• Severability — If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
• No waiver — Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
• Assignment — You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely.
